I have attached the letter I have send to Manager Eureka forbes, but even he did not reply for it.
Dear Sir,
I am not satisfied by your service and you product,
1.no person to show demo after I bought the product.
2.promised for a gift and no one turned up.(guys listen no gift will be given)
3.i called you help line and no proper response was there form them they just took my number and told manager will call me back.
4.product started to creates hell a lot of noise ,when I try to call one of your sales guy, he told it will have that noise. ( guys wont even repect you after sales)
5.i planned to return the product. and call a sales guy he insulted me, I called you help line got another manages number and informed him, he told he will look to it and call me back but there was no reply. (after cthat I called him three times but I got a reply that he was busy and he will call me back)
6.After a weeks a guy called me and told he will take back the product.
7.and it is almost a month and I am keep calling your guys and no response from you side.
inspite of all these you call your self friend for life
and when I read through mouth shut articles I came to knoe that the same dstory happens to most of the customer.
please try to make the customer happy instead of sending mails for you survey
