Wanted to share a BAD experience with Eureka Forbes.
Have paid for their Video Door Phone 2 months back and not yet received. More pathetic. No idea how to complain also (other than consumer court).Have booked the Video Door Phone from their sales rep - Santosh - on Diwali day. Paid Rs.9999/- thru credit card. He promised the installation within a week. They have not yet delivered the phone even after 2 months!!
Now, he does not even respond to calls. Their Euro Help line could not reply till now despite calling them 4 times. It's really useless. They simply do not know what to do for a complaint on Non-delivery !! I sent a mail to support@eurekaforbes.com and have not received any reply till now !
Request to BAN any Eureka Forbes products quoting this incidence. If we ban them, that will be a good blow to them.
FYI, I was about to buy their RO system but did not. I bought a Zero-B RO system and am very happy with their service and quality. Found that Zero-B's AMC rates are also much less than Eureka Forbes rates.
