Disappointing. I bought this 3 months back at reliance digital. Struggled for 3 weeks before anyone gave me a demo of the product. I spent quite a lot of money calling up the customer service. Apparently, the customer service guy came only after a lot of coaxing for the reliance digital guys.
Even after this, I am yet to figure out what this can be used for. The suction power is so poor, I am wondering whether to go to consumer court about it.
