It is very difficult to select the best water purifier with a lots companies are in the market. From my experience with my friends I want to share my views which may help you to decide the purifier.
Point1: Quality of water
Point 2: Service
Point3: Durability
Point4: Price
If you consider all of the facts above most important factor will the service because this type of machine requires periodic service. I am having very bad experience with the service of the Eureka forbes what ever they will promise that will never provide. Half of the time the purifier will not work if service is not proper. Why service is required if the durability is very less. From my experience my friends have taken Kent purifier for more than 2 years no problem yet however I had taken aquaguard reviva in the begining it was giving the right TDS(< 20) which is not drinkable. Now it is giving good TDS(50) after 9 months but unit is not working last 15 days after continuous follow up also no body coming to do the service. one person came and did something but not able to repair than vanished neither picking up the phone nor any body else is coming. I have called about 10 times to the customer care every day they will promise to send somebody but no response. Thier to management is very good but the actual peoples who are providing service are making all these problems. I do not know what to do whether I will go for another purifier or what. last one I had purchased before 9 months only. I could have been used the can water if I will consume 1can / day also cost would have been less for me
again for the same features eureka forbes cost also more. now you decide which one you select.
