Myself Dipesh Kumar Purchased a water purifier from Eureka Forbes on 28th June, 2010.Model name is Protect Plus price Rs. 13, 500.It works 15 days successfully and after that it stop working.Mr. Kamal Khan is the sales executive and who assured us for the Good Service.But when it stop the working then we have called the kamal khan, he told us we will look this matter and after several follow up he send some novice person who did nothing and gone out.I have complaint five times in a customer call center some time it picked by manju, sarita and so on.He sent the some novice person again and who are not able to repair the machine.Finally my machine has kept stand alone from last 2 month.No body is ready to take the corrective measure.I hope some senior person will look this matter.Pathetic service from Eureka Forbes.Never purchase any machine from Eureka Forbes.This is my humble request to all of you.
