Hello everyone, today I am going to share my experience with this vaccum cleaner. I had purchased this vaccum cleaner on a local showroom in February 2017 and after working fine for few months it stopped working in August 2017 and after that I called the customer service center for this issue and they are saying one of there service engineer will come to my address But after that for a week no one comes to my home and it was very disappointing thing happen by company, then I called once again on customer care number and after few days service engineer came to my house and saying that the motor of vaccum cleaner is got damaged and he have to replace it and he let the vaccum cleaner with him and when I asked him for any reciept he igonre my words and didn't give me any receipt for repair work. He was a very unprofessional man who talks very rudely and ignoring my words whatever I am saying .Then after 1 week I got my vaccum cleaner back with working condition but it takes a very long time and the service and support from company is worst and I the quality of vaccum cleaner is also worst .
