I am one of the unfortunate ones who were succumbed to eureka forbes.Please do not buy any of the eureka forbes products.Do not even think twice.Just make a decision not to buy their products.
*Euroclean W&D experience :
I bought their euroclean W&D vaccum cleaner an year back. Till few weeks back this is working.But now if I switch on the vaccum cleaner it gives rattling noise and some sparks too. I am fear of using this.I called their customer care centre(39883333) and lodged a complaint.
But as usual nobody turned up even after 10 days. I guess so much of mouthshut server space occupies reviews(all don't recommend eureka forbes) of eureka forbes products. I guess their products don't work after warranty period because their durability is that much only. Till today I am waiting for the service guy to turn up and slap a huge bill saying that I need to change the motor opr some other part.
RECOMMENDATION : STRICTLY NO
*Robot water system experience :
* I bought eureka forbes Robot(Water purifier system) also with which I have bad experience.
The water system works only for 6000 litres and water wastage is really too much. For every 10 litres of water processed, only 2 litres water is given.In this way we are wasting too much water and causing damage to our ground water.From economics point of view also it doesn't make any sense. The unit costs Rs15, 000/-. The customer executive tells that we need to change cartridges
and candles after two to three years which is a blatant lie. For a family of four, 6000 litres of water
can be easily consumed for an year(drinking and cooking only).But the cartridges and candles
cost about Rs4000/- and that too service people never turn up for changing these as they mention that they are always out of stock. If you buy can water, it costs Rs20/- for a 20litre can. So if you use
15 cans in a month it costs Rs3600/- only. Your initial investment(Rs15, 000/-) will never be covered. I asked service people to change the cartridges and candles but so far(4 months)
nobody turned up.I am not waiting for them also.
RECOMMENDATION : STRICTLY NO
