I suggest all not to purchase any product from Dr.Aquaguard, their service is worst, we dont even know which call is from the company or from outsiders, I used to get more than 100 calls for water filter service and paid AMC 5000 /year, after that same number got disconnected, not reachable. All these nonsense happened because of the company, they sold all our data to second/third parties.
I really fedup with this product and calls.
While purchasing the product they have lied about redeemable coupons, this is a trust gaining fraud marketing strategy.
I strongly advice not to take any product from Dr.Aquaguard, if purchasing anything(any product) do not provide your personal number, basically why do they ask for our personal number. Incase any service is required we ourself will call the customer care and book.
It is totally a harassment.
