The product features may be good. But I found 4 concerns from the day of installation of new Dr. Aquaguard Magna HD RO+ UV Water Purifier .
1) Installation was not done to the point specified by the builder for purifier. Instead, it was just connected to the common was sink tap. This inconvenienced the use of kitchen sink. The installer forgot the specified request to use the builder point probably due to the reason of hurry and long list of calls for installation.
Not satisified by the installation. This is more of installer friendly installation than customer friendly installation. I was recommended to get the connection done from my plumber paying them extra from my pocket. This was not expected from professional company like Eureka Forbes.
2) The joint near the output tap of the purifier is leaky and the water from purified storage tank is automatically decreasing.
3) The water tank is not completely filling till the 7th marked line of the water storage tank on the top of machine.
Finally, No bill was available with the box which was couriered and I had to request the service helpline to sell me bill.
I can certainly believe the brand name, but looking at the first personal assistance I got during the installation, I now worry my image if I recommend Dr aquaguard to anyone.
