Hi,
I have seen the service support degrading after the new owner Advent International took over. I had been running from pillar to post to get service of my purifier(Still under AMC), But the Support team as the service partner is reluctant to service my machine inspite of multiple emails, phone calls to support.
My complaint number; CM-151023-20085640 has not been attended since 16th Oct and its 10th day today to complete the absenteeism from the Eureka Forbes service, The Customer support is not ready to escalate enough to provide the due support or get my AMC refunded .
overall I am disappointed that Eureka Forbes takes money for AMC, but has no moral responsibility to provide service for the 1st logged call of part replacement.
