I was happy with the performance of my water purifier till it started leaking 4 days ago. I raised a complaint CM-090223-6216432 through Eureka Forbes app but till today no technician has been provided. Repeated mails to deepa.customercare@eurekaforbes.co.in is not helping as I only get false hope that it will be resolved within 24 hours.


I had bought an AMC for 2 years, few months ago.
