Bought Aquaguard Infinity water purifier, paid Rs 3090 against Service contract and yet company has failed to respond to requests for service since last 1 month. Have registered complaint on phone thrice, sent emails, was promised service on 12th Oct on Twitter yet the management failed to help. What use is this costly purifier if even after payment it lies unused due inefficient management? What recourse customer has?
