Really frustrated with Eureka Forbes. My water purifier hasn’t been working for 5 days now, and even after raising a service request(WO-170724-51385468), nothing’s been done. No drinking water during the rainy season! It feels like they don’t care about their customers, just focused on making money. If this is their idea of service, I’d rather get a refund. Has anyone else had a similar experience with their support?
