I bought Aqua guard for my old parents who live in village. They encountered a problem with the purifier and even after several attempts to contact customer care.
They don't seem bothered to attend the issue. Now they started saying bluntly, "Do whatever you want, we are not going to resolve the issue.".
After going through the various reviews of the users, I can see that there are many who suffer buying this product. We should spread this message, so that people stop buying this product. This is only the way to make them realize how powerful the social media can be. They just can't forget the customer after selling the product
