While buying for water purifier I Was not really sure which one to go for. Read very bad reviews of this product.then now there are so many players with water purifier in the market. deciding on the brand and then product so not easy and I somehow did not want to put too much effort into something as simple as a water purifier. I decide to stick with the guys who have water purifiers as their core competency. So Eureka Forbes. Their sales rep suggested the model based on the test of water he had done in some other house in the bldg. so went with his sugestion.
Sales guy was flexible enough to come over office to pick up the cheque. Delivery guys were good in the sense that they delviered it on time without any hassles. Though they were running short of of the wall stand and wanted to delay they delivery but once requested they ensured it is done on time.
So far not faced any issues with the product. 8 l capacity enough for a family of two. Blue colored tank looks good in the kitchen. Though I would have preffered if it could be installed under sink so that it does not take so much space on the wall. but anyhow.
I am happy with the delivery and product so far.
