I owned Aqua guard Classic. We were moving to new residence and wanted a purifier that works there. The representative sold us aqua guard gold saying that it is much more safe. But Dwarka water is hard and it seems that only RO can work there.
We realised that water is not fit to drink only when we called the service representative after 6 months. He told us that the person has befooled us and we should dump the piece. For first time we boiled water and to our horror, realised that we have been drinking such bad water.
Now, the service centre/ call centre, person who sold us the piece, all are not ready to listen. It is a horrible horrible experience.
