I'd purchased "Dr. Aquaguard". These guys sent me "Dr. Aquaguard Shiit with Booster". First the courier company they use sucks it is called "Gati" simply opposite of what it is named. There was no "Gati" in delivering the product. Product reached Mira Road on 20th Oct only after calling courier company they bothered to deliver otherwise it would never reached me. After following up so many times product got installed I spent 500 bugs for 2 valves only to realize later on that they've send me the shiit. Installation guy installed the product was bothered more about selling purifier cover. After installing the product this guy tried starting the product but found out this shiit doesn't work. After checking for sometime he said there UV lamp holder is not working. I believed this guy, I didn't know that he had lied to me it was not holder it was UV lamp which was not working. I found out later on when I called sales person. I raised the request, but didn't know that it was of no use. After loosing all my patients I finally decided to return the product. I raised the request next day for refund. I received call next day from person called "Abhijit" he is also a big liar. He made tall claims to me that he will resolve all my problems. Just sms me with in 15 minutes he will call me back. I didn't know that he was fooling. All the employees in "Eureka Forbes" are well trained to fool people. I was told that service guy will come to inspect the product and he will take away the product no body has turned for last 5 days. This guy Abhijit has not replied to my sms nor called me back.
I've suffered the lost of Rs. 10500 for "Dr Aquaguard Shiit with Booster"+ Rs 500 "For valve".
Saved Rs 250 by not buying cover which installation guys was more bothered to sell me than installing the product.
I've been still waiting for my refund in despair. I hope they will take this shiit called "Dr. Aquagaurd Shiit with Booster" and refund my money.
I would suggest you guys not to purchase any of the products from this company otherwise you'll also end up explaining everybody not to buy shiit from "Eureka Forbes".
