We brought Estilo 3 door wardrobe from south city mall kolkata .The service is very bad .We shifted to new house so we given a cal l more then 20 times for dismantle the wardrobe .After 15-20 days they send the person and they charge 1000 rs advance for the installation to new house but 20 days over again every day we r calling to their service center but no response.
I am requesting don't buy this estilo product the quality ans service is not good.The wardrobe after installing with in 2 days the handle came out.The drawer broken .if you lock the wardrobe any one can open if you pull the handle the locking door open.This type of material they r providing . we are frustrated with the product we have paid 15000 for the product and not satisfied.
Lets see how more days we need to wait for installation the wardrobe.The service center is in New Alipore contact no.0336450192 estilo service center getting the reply we will call u in evening for installation when that evening will come god knows.
