I have been in touch with this brand since 2-3 years . I had used erd battery( works so well not like other local batteries. Now days I am using erd charger it also working soo well. only the thing in which I compromised is erd data cable . erd data cable quality is not good . rest you can trust this brand products.
customer service is you can easliy change the product if not works properly with in the warrenty peroid.but I recommend to purcahse the product from your know trusted store.
purchase this brand product from the know store as the replacement is provided by them only.
staff courtesy I dont know as I have never heard about the service centers of erd. seller by their self helps in any kind of problems
