This review is on about elle18 colour pops matte lipstick. I love mtte lipsticks and is is a  decent in the range. I really love this shade . you can see the image for refernce. the shade is beautiful but I am not fully impresed with the mattenesss of the lipstick. the fragnance of the lipstick is fruity. I didnt find it complete matte one.


Its little shiny. if you dont want strictly matte one then go for it and if you are on strictly matte then you should avoid it.
