But Don't ever go to Elite Services Mahadevapura for your vehicle services. I had a very bad experience in the past.
My Experience:
Let me explain, I did body shop work from this service provider twice. Front Door Right Side, and Windshield. I left the vehicle at the service center and did not hurry.
I collected the vehicle, after 3 Weeks I observed that my key do not detect auto sensors and I have manually unlocked the car every time. 2nd time the Wiper did not sprinkle water. Unfortunately, I noticed this just before a long drive was planned.
I visited their service center post discussing with the service agent, he said it might be something small, he asked me to get the vehicle. With all good respect I took the vehicle back to the service center, they did check but they are unable to identify the issues. Here comes the MD/Manager/ Service Head, I don't know who that gentleman is. He started behaving very weird. He started blasting the service engineers and asked service engineers to stop working on my car asked them to look for other better jobs.
I was trying to understand what is happening, he was like very casually attitude without giving any response to my issues. I again asked him why did you stop the people.
Please check his responses below:
1. We are understaffed, we cannot check your vehicle now, at any cost.
2. We only have 1 computer to diagnose so since it is under use, I cannot do anything now.
3. Even you wait for hours I will not let your vehicle get checked by engineer today. (Engineers were ready to check though)
4. Please book your service and come! Not sure if you will get a slot till next week. (Reminding this is repeated issues after body works, and I don't want to take it to other service stations).
5. I explained him this is regarding a complaint which is after the body works. He was not ready to listen.
6. Do whatever you can, I cannot check anything now.
7. Take your vehicle and move please.
I was completely shattered with his behaviour, I was like unsure what to do! Don't ever go to these people.
I was like confused! Am I a customer? to be proud you owned a 14Lk worth product, did bodywork service three weeks before, and now they treated me like a stranger home! Chasing me out!
This is such true incident, even the engineers at their site felt empathy for my car and me!
Repeating don't go here!
