Bad customer service and overcharging of dues.
I booked a flat in Eldeco Saubhagyam. It's very sad to say they have very bad staff in office. I have encountered so much problem with their mistakes in Name and wrong payments. They always miscalculate and charge more than actual due. After inquiry, they frequently say Govt. has implemented such such taxes and you have to pay. Or else you come to our office, we will short out the problem.
My concern is why they do such mistakes? If someone inform about mistakes, it's their duty to correct and rectify mistake. Why impose us to come their office to visit?
Their customer service is so bad. If you e-mail or call them, very occasionally we get response.
I recommend to be careful for their payment. Check carefully and rematch with the contract payment book .
I suggest and encourage to flat owners or customers to write a review of their experience, so that in future when someone is going to buy or book a flat, they know the problem then they can chose accordingly.
