I have purchased a book from flipkart and it was dispatched through ekart logistic, after 7 days the product was reached on my area in landmark I had given some aditional information for my but after reached the destination I do not recieved any call logistic for delivery while I checked the tracking information there was showing a returning my book to the origin, while I enqiring them they told me my area was not served as I mentioned some aditional information, I told them I am coming to your office after validating my id proof please provide my shipment but they informed me that is not possible.
it's really harashing, ekart is most worst logistic
