Our experience with Edmingle has been extremely frustrating. They immediately block accounts after non-payment, which is understandable, but the real issue is that even after making the payment, they take 2-3 days to unblock the account!
Their customer support is non-existent – they don’t respond to emails, their support contact number is useless, and they simply generate tickets without any actual resolution. The worst part is their after-sales support – we are still waiting to get our account unblocked despite completing the payment, leaving us unable to schedule sessions and continue our operations.
This level of inefficiency is unacceptable for an ed-tech platform. If you are considering using Edmingle, be prepared for delayed support and zero accountability after you sign up
