I have worked for 2 years at Edify.Believe me in first infrastructure appearance you can regard it as a startup but it has been established since 1999.The office duration is Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm.Overtime is not allowed in office.Also it deals mainly in vb.net projects.Java projects are 20% of total.Also there is onsite chance after some years in organization.The canteen is superb and lunch is free sponsored by office.The employee work pressure is minimal .Also you get time to spend with your family so it's a work life environment.HR policies are good no politics.
Overall it's a very cool place to work I am satisfied as a Ex employee.
