The Top Management is LIKE SLEEPING AND IGNORENT, LOWEST PAYMASTER, Some old smart chap is looting the company in the name of induction training, attrition is highest, BUT LOWEST IN TOP LEVEL. no one works for career, and even company is not bothered, The managers have target to sell insurance any how. The HR is ignoring the issues, branch head is the FLATTERY king, ALL backend and IT support are in full attitude, EQUTPPED, skilled in saving their job only .NO proper sitting arrangement in the branch. The new employee used to leave in maximum 3-4 month. infect the HR and the middle level management have target to make leave the new employee to just safeguard their job, lowest commission to agents in the industry.
