Just avoid the ecom express. Its worse of the worst courier company that lacks any professional ethics, or commitment or service attitude.
The management itself is least bothered in the service
No customer contact/ escalation contacts
The Only ONe phone number of site is never picked
No replies
The movement of the consignment is totally random- for a consignment which might take 2 days to deliver, it might be lying at their warehouse for 4-5 days without attention
From Chandigarh to Delhi they took 3 days just to reach Delhi hub. Which could have been sent directly to my City skipping Delhi.
Now the same consignment is taking rest at Delhi for past 3 days without any petty attention.
Just avoid it!
