In the present situation everyone is running over time. So, if you need to send some goods or any important things to your desired person, most of us will opt for courier service.

In last month I booked a consignment at Ecom Express courier.The consignment need to be sent to Kolkata. EcomExpress had charged Rs.200/-for the same. A week had gone but the consignment had not been delivered. On asking at their customer service about why the consignment not delivered?The customer service executive through harsh words to me instead of being polite and further said me that the consignment will reach the destination within a day.

I may conclude what is the use of such a courier company who could not meet the client's needs?

So, folks don't waste your time to book any consignment at Ecom Express Courier.
