My time of delivery was 8 May 2018.but today date is 9 May 2018.
Then I was track my order there were showing that lagguage was parcel to jaipur to udaipurwati.and return to udaipurwati to jaipur.
But my address was at 332405.
Today before 10 minutes I call to ecom express customer care. Then a ladies talk with me that your pin is not correct. She tells me that 332405 is the area code of udaipurwati.Pin of udaipurwati is 333307
She was misguide me.and clear all tracking data.
My parcel is first time late because of ecom express. I have purchasing online since 5 years there was no problem with gati courier, delhivery courier. That's both couriers are always in best service but the ecom express is worst. Any company agent can contact me at 9887576080.
