I am using online shopping since 2009 and I have seen lots of courier services who actually cares and if they have done any mistakes then they say sorry and figure out problems & solve that problem. But Ecom Express Courier is the most worst Courier Service I have ever seen in my entire life.
Last two orders from Wooplr Online Shopping, Even Express got the package as per online portal shows to me. I wait, wait and wait for those packages.
Nobody called me from the Ecom Express Courier
Always Late Service( I received a call after 3days of actual delivery date from Ecom Courier Boy)
After explaining the area properly still nobody comes to delivery.
While I calling to that number nobody answered.
After one week Site shows that the products are going back. ( Cause Customer didn't like that product ! How Horrible )
This is my personal experience. I really didn't recommend you to use this EcomExpress Courier. Fed up with service and they don't have any professionalism.
Really Bad Courier .
