The furniture is not made of real wood. its processed wood. On top of that it is brought from France to the warehouse in India and then to your city. The packaging is not done properly and I believe they dont take care of it much during transportation. All this ends up in furniture which might be delivered broken.
I order a bedroom unit worth 2.5 lacs and each and every piece of furniture was delivered broken.
Then the follow ups start with them. They say they will get it replaced and they start hunting in their warehouse in India to see if they have replacements. They will never call you and update you on the status of the replacement. Dont have the courtesy to call you back if you give them a call or drop an SMS. You have to go to their showroom and shout at them to get the status. Replacement dates keep on changing. Finally what comes on the replacement date is only a part of what needs to be replaced. and then starts the whole cycle again to get the rest of the replacement.
The person who comes for assembly will never be on time. Many times he will not know how to assemble.
no one from the customer rep, showroom manager to Area manager takes the bottomline of updating you correctly whats happening.
I ordered the furuniture in Dec 2009 and still following up with them for replacement for some parts.
