I have brought 3 items in ebay till now, and among them 2 products were completely broken and mishandled. Ebay is not as good as amazon or flipkart. Though they sell items in very cheap rate, the products are not in good condition and many of the times the product delivered is not the product ordered.
And I even contacted the costomer care, but they dint give me a proper response, this disturbed me more. We pay the money we earn hard, that cant be wasted by their carelessness.
Pros:
The products here are cheaper then the products in amazon or flipkart.
Cons:
There are high chances of getting wrong product at the time of delivery.
And the process of returning the package is very very difficult.
Time taken for delivery is more compared to other websites like amazon or flipkart.
