Ebay is not up to the level. customer service is almost good.but the main problem is that the product quality of ebay are not to level.there are lots of ebay own products which are having high rate and local or poor quality.delivering time is almost good.but cash on delivery is not available in many places.so people cant purchase a product.app and website is good.way of presenting is also above average.but Cash on delivery and online payment delivery are not available on many places.this should be solved quickly and they should improve the product quality.
Overall the site is little bit disappinted to me.i think because of these problem ebay cant reach to a good level comapared to other online shopping websites.
