I recently purchased a digital camera on Ebay which I paid by credit card. While the card was debited promptly, the item never arrived.
When I contacted the seller, he said it is out of stock and I should contact Ebay for a refund. But you cannot contact any person on Ebay by phone, only fill up an online form.
They only send automated responses saying they have contacted the seller and have been informed and the problem was resolved successfully.
