I bought a gym set from ebay of 54 kg worth 2800 after discount 2200.
Got the product after delay of 15 days
But when I opened the box the I was shocked to see that plats send by seller have weight less then actual
5kg plate has 4.4kg
The pressure bar broken
Overall the product was defective
I raised the complaint on ebay without contacting to seller
I told my problem and send the pictures of defective product
After 10 days I got an email from ebay that I can retain the product and they will fully refund the amount
And I got the same after 10 days
So product of eBay is bad but the service of eBay customer service is best
