I won't say that I never had any bad experience with Ebay.in but most of the time they pay you the refund immediately if you have used online banking.
The only thing you have to look out is for faux ads of products and cheap quality products that are obviously overpriced for no apparent reason.
Otherwise, Ebay seriously is the best website for online shopping. Other websites like Homeshop and Shopclues don't really match up to the amount of customer support Ebay gives you if you're in trouble.
