I have paid the amount of Rs. 2856 rs for a policy, but no insurance policy was issued for this amount. And your Employee has blocked my calls and WhatsApp also. If I call from another no he is just taking my calls, if I say my name Vijay he is blocking that no also, is this is the way to train your employees.
Is Easy policy is telling Employees to cheat and take the money and block the no?
I am approaching Consumer Court regarding this Problem because in your name he has taken my money, and he is harassing me.

Hi, I haven't got any reply to my mail, So Easy Policy won't take any responsibility for customers problems. So easy policy is itself telling their employees to collect the money from customers and telling them to make business, on commission bases.
Why did your employee is telling to customers to send the money to their accounts by Google Pay and take money from customers, and then not taking calls and blocking the customers no? So by this way easy policy is taking that money into 2 shares and making the business.
How wast service is easy policy is giving to the customers in the market now I can understand.
Your easy policy is not there to help customers' problems but to make money I'm the market.
