I agree this service is nowhere close to Meru. Please have a look at the complaint i just lodged in the website.
Please record my serious complaint against the cab driver who very bluntly refused to come to the pick up location and asked my wife to speak to the call center because he has got another pick-up and wont be able to come. Receiving this input when i spoke to the call center (rahul) he mentioned that the cab was already assigned and was no change in route for the cab driver.
Now when i am seeing the website under "my bookings" to my surprise it shows trip completed - which also shows that the whole organization is functioning how unprofessionally - right from website to drivers.
I am really disappointed by this level of pathetic service by a brand like easy cabs and will ensure that this is highlighted in public forums or even consumer court unless there is strict action taken against the driver.
I am very sure...this is the first and last time i am using your so called "best service"...
