EASY TRIP PLANNERS LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the service I’ve received. Despite repeatedly calling and requesting a room upgrade, nothing has been done. What’s even more upsetting is that I was told by your team that an upgrade wasn’t possible, which is untrue according to the hotel itself.


This experience feels like a scam—I've been given misleading information repeatedly, and nothing has been resolved. I strongly urge others not to trust this service, as it has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.

Additionally, we have escalated your request to the hotel team regarding the upgrade inquiry. They have informed us that, according to hotel policies, upgrades are not possible for this booking.
