Duroflex is the third class company in the mattress. I purchased the Duroflex Crown 5-inch Queen Size Mattress in January 2017 which has 5 years warranty. After one year, all the springs has gone and totally it is gong down while we slept in the mattress. we are feeling there is no mattress on our bed. As I have replacement warranty for 5 years, I contacted the dealer . They did not respond for this at all. After that I contacted regional Manager so many times but no response for me. This is a totally fraud company and cheating the costumer. The style of the mattress is very old and very poor. The design is not classy. They are not comfortable the foam is very hard on the mattress. They are selling only defective and used mattress. The company is never grow in the market because their service is completely bad performance. I am stand against this company. I did not get solution in my problem. They simply ignored my solution.
