In Sept 2020, I had purchased a Sofa and Bed from Durian, Baner, Pune Showroom. Today by 2021 Sept, I had 5 repairs on the Sofa and 2 repairs on the Bed. The durian after sales service is pathetic, even after you register a compliant, they attend the issue after a month that too with regular follow-ups. The sofa(which was 55000 by cost) will make you cry when you open the cloth for repair, the cloth is the cheapest rexin, inside very sub-quality foam and wood frame of the lowest quality wood. Bed is all rusted in its screws, I changed it twice but after some months the hinges breaks again. So there is no meaning in repairing this low quality stuff with more money again and again and I am throwing it away. So a bed and sofa of around 1.2 lakhs is not usable in just 1 year of time. I never expected such bad quality product from a brand like Durian.
