I just reviewed the joint MAlvanche Kalwan. Durga non veg is just next to that joint. Basically this lane is full of various types of hotels from Kolhapuri, Malvan, Vidarbh, Nagpur.speciality food hotels.
Durga Non veg is a upclass restaurant in this lane which is almost more than 25 years old. They serve authentic Maharashtrian as well as Punjabi non vegetarian food. Simply putting the quality and taste of the food they serves is just really good.
Their biryani is famous and it is the best item which people prefer to take away. The ambience is good and well planned hotel. The crowd is descent. Best for large groups or friend circles. As far as possible try to avoid to go with family(not a strict warning) but usually lot of people come there after few drinks so you may not feel comfortable.
Take away is the best option. But, if you have had few drinks and are craving for some delicious, spicy and tongue teasing non veg.this one is for you. Staff is well mannered and well behaved. The owner is usually around for personal attention.so no worries. Little expensive menu.but worth it.
