I saw an advertisement on the door of Dunkin' Donuts saying Coffee and Donuts for Rs.99 and aishwaryasingh23tm accepted here.
Upon billing, I got to know that aishwaryasingh23tm was not working since yesterday. I asked the staff to remove the sticker of aishwaryasingh23tm since it lead to confusion. No action was taken by the staff of the Dunkin Donuts.
The size of the donut and coffee served was not worth Rs.99(though taste was good). I felt cheated.
My invoice number is 71068/18/2316.
The feedback mail at the bottom of the receipt "customercaredunkin@julbfood.com" does not seem to be proper.
