Hi, My sister has sent me a Rakhi through your worst courier service that is DTDC vide consignment No. W11147110. on my official address at Delhi. but still not delivered to me even after I passed the holy festival. Though I received a call on the 10th from phone no, 0911042xxxx. I was hospitalized on that day due to some health issues and asked the delivery personnel to deliver the parcel in my office or to deliver the next day on 11th August as I thought that my Flipkart order was to deliver which was COD . He assured me of the same.
I called the next day repeatedly and then he picked up my call and told me that he is on leave and the parcel shall be delivered on 12th August. I again called him on 12th August he still told that he is on leave and replied the same also on today after many calls that he is still on levae and parcel is in his office. he provided me another no. of Mr. Negi 953833xxxx and asked to talk him. I called mr Negi several times and he asked me to send the consignment no. on his whatsapp.
I called him after sending the consignment no. and requested to deliver.
He was also rudely told that why dont you received the parcel earlier and why should we repeat our visit.
This is very unfortunate and pathetic for a well known company whose workers are so unsensitized and in human towards their responsibilities.
I definitely will not use the services officially or personally of DTDC in future and wil write a worsen review against the courier service and may also take a legal action towards DTDC
I highly apologize for using DTDC.
