I had a bad experience with DTDC. I was ordered some free samples from P&G. And at that time DTDC was their official courier partner. So they shipped my free samples through DTDC courier service.
I was always tracked it down to see is it reached to the nearest hub or not and it was 25th or 26th day after my order. The free samples finally reached to their nearest hub.
And I was just waiting for their delivery. After that, 2-3 days already gone but they didn't call me.
So I decided to go to their office and ask them about my parcel. And I do so. But Initially they just refused me with saying that my parcel yet not received by them but when I show the track details to them they just exposed in front of me. And they said that, They will check it. and after 2-3 min or so, one of their stuff come in front of me with my parcel and Finally I got my parcel.
So This kind of experience I had with DTDC.
