HAI FRIENDS
today am going to share you all an incident what I have faced with this courier service and what is the reason why I don't depend on the same.my brother have send me some certificates from Delhi on 14 November what I have given for attestation and the Pearson have said it will reach Kerala in 3 days time . I waited for the whole 3 days but no response was there from the company . after wards I haven't depend this service.here am going to say you what are the issues of DTDC Courier
the first and foremost the customer service is very poor as they are not even interested to listen to us .the tracking details sometimes dosen't work and it shows system error
secondly the delivery what I have said above its too late even it takes more days from the day scheduled for delivery
thirdly some electronic goods they are not at all ready to transport I don't know whats the exact reason
SO I DON'T PREFER THIS COURIER SERVICE
