Dear friends!
I have a courier No. B07297160 that has been coming from Bangalore to Muzaffarnagar, City in Western U.P, Near Meerut region in India. That I tracked it one day before it showing that it has arrived at Delhi Apex, Delhi and now DTDC send it to the wrong direction far away from Muzaffarnagar city and it reached at Lucknow thousand miles away from city Muzaffarnagar, while it had to come to via Ghaziabad -> Meerut -to- Muzaffarnagar city.
That DTDC's foolish move and act of human negligence delay in dispatching the courier of 3-4 days more while it has come to me today on dated 07-03-2014 at Muzaffarnagar city. Not a single work of courier dispatch the DTDC can do with prudence and wisdom what else you can do. Totally stupid & pathetic service of DTDC.in in India.
That DTDC in India provide a very third class courier service having so many human employees errors day by day and due to that people of India don't like DTDC.in besides a famous courier Bluedart.com/ overnight express/trackon etc.
That the Courier No. B07297160 still at city Lucknow checked by me at 6:15 PM on dated 07-Mar-14 and has not moved to/towards to city Muzaffarnagar city in Western U.P. Now today on dated 08-march-14 at time 11:40 PM the server for tracking the courier No is down and no tracking result is displaying to customers. The Courier is still at Lucknow and no surety when it comes to me and where it goes or eaten by the DTDC.
That I have wrote many of dozens of Email & forwarded to all the sub branches across India making this official complaint but all in vain as the Indian DTDC employees are deaf, blind, pathetic and shameless kind of people working in DTDC which give no timely response nor do any needful action for resolving my complaint and eat my courier which was sent by my client for me. This is write to you so that you also know that how Indian DTDC works in India and give day to day mental tension and trauma to the person who unfortunately use DTDC for his document and parcel to hand over to the other recipient.
