I had booked a courier through DTDC on 20th July 2016
M3528936 To be delivered in Dadar, Mumbai
Till date it has not been delivered no update status on same. The address is absolutely proper . Suppose if there is any issue & the courier could not be delivered then it should have returned & it should have been informed to me on same . I have to keep on calling so many people for followups on same.
Is there someone who can seriously understand the concern.
