Hi all, today I would like to share my worst experience with drop taxi. I planned to go for bangalore to tirupattur( vellore district) . I booked the taxi and got the confirmation from drop taxi. I was waiting for the vehicle but the vehicle hasnt come. When I enquired about the vehicle one of the customer care executive picked the call and responded in non professional manner. He said you are unlucky sir we dont have vehicles to serve your destination. When I asked why did you guys wasted out time. We might have searched some other ways. he started behaving like he is doing charity to us. One of my friend already informed me that the drivers are not behaving professionally, I didnt believed him by that time. But I realised now.
This service is not reliable. At last moment they will left us to search again.
Not safer for female.
Kindly dont travel along with valuable things. They are not reliable.
