CRM not sync with Sales while booking.

Hi All, Personally I have bad experience with DRA one of the projects.

While booking they committed with fixed price. Totally un faire special approvals from higher management while booking about fixed price. But while coming to CRM they totally different approach with the customer till agreement. Soft promises they do number of but while coming to handover they will bring lot a hidden changes they wont consider confirmations while booking time. If you bring these type of concerns to DM also he will not consider your request also. I have personally experienced with all above issues in DRA.
